Adroit Theory Conjoined (Ghost 1238)
A grist rich in oats, a silky, semi-sweet body that defines the style. Notes of tropical citrus dominate the aroma, with Pineapple + Tangerine as the primary forward flavors. A flash of pine further brightens these notes. Malt-derived semi-sweetness runs through the aftertaste instead of bitterness. Dry-hopped with Citra + Mosaic.
IPA Double New England
New England Double IPA (NEDIPA) are known for cloudy (hazy), fruity and bitter. A larger amount of malt and hops are used than in the “regular” NEIPA which also results in a higher alcohol percentage. New England Double IPAs have a smooth mouthfeel and tropical fruity character.
