Berliner Weisse
The Berliner Weisse is a high fermentation wheat beer. It is a slightly sour beer with little bitterness and is rich in carbon dioxide. Traditionally, Berliner Weisse was brewed in Berlin and its surroundings but today this style is brewed by brewers from all parts of the world. There are also more and more variations of Berliner Weisse such as the Fruited Berliner Weisse and Pastry Berliner Weisse.
