IPA Double New England
New England Double IPA (NEDIPA) are known for cloudy (hazy), fruity and bitter. A larger amount of malt and hops are used than in the “regular” NEIPA which also results in a higher alcohol percentage. New England Double IPAs have a smooth mouthfeel and tropical fruity character.
Folkingebrew
Folkingebrew started brewing in 2017. They have ambitions to start their own brewery. Folkinge refers to the location where they started brewing: in the “backyard” of a beer store on Groningen’s Folkingestraat. Brew refers to the American craft beer culture, from which they primarily draw their inspiration.
