Sour Fruited
Fruited Sour beers, usually they are brewed and soured in the boiling kettle. After that process, the beer is fermented with clean yeast and then a lot of fruit is added. While European brewers prefer raspberries, cherries and peaches, American sour brewers tend toward more tropical fruits such as papaya, mango, tangerine and pineapple.
Funky Fluid
Funky Fluid is a new craft brewery from Warsaw. It consists of two people: Michał Langier and Karol Mizielski. Michał has been producing beer under the Langier Beer brand for many years, and Karol has been selling craft beer as long as men can remember. Besides, as soon as they find the time, they drink beer together, because that’s really what it’s all about. Through shared passion and plans, the gentlemen decided to join forces and experience and create a brewery where they could brew beer they loved.
