Het Zotte Kalf Salorn
The Salorn is a crossbreed of two cows including the Salers. The cow was developed with the idea that it had to be able to adapt to all weather conditions.
Tripel
Tripel is a heavy top-fermenting beer, with refermentation in the bottle. The color is usually gold, blonde to amber. The ABV is often between 7 and 10 percent. Higher alcohol levels can be achieved by the addition of glucose. Tripels are rich in carbonation.
Rural Brewery Het Zotte Kalf
Rural Brewery Het Zotte Kalf, located between Onderdendam and Winsum. The young cattle in the cowshed were joined by our young brewery after a renovation, providing a close connection to life in the Groningen countryside.
Our goal is for rural Groningen to enjoy specialty beer, with a wonderful beer in store for every season. There are also the regular beers: the Barrosã Blond, Salorn Tripel and Galloway Porter. We occasionally top off the collection with an occasional beer. In short, there is a beer from Het Zotte Kalf for everyone’s taste. Got thirsty?
