Kees Barrel Project Laphroaig 2022 – Imperial Stout
Kees Barrel Project Laphroaig 2022 , is an Imperial Stout aged for 13 months in Laphroaig barrels. Laphroaig is a peated whiskey characterized by a strong taste. The whiskey has aged between 10 and 18 years in Islay barrels. Accordingly, the beer has aromas of peat, tastes smoky and has a sweet taste due to nut accents of barley.

The Imperial Stout is the strongest in alcohol and body of the stout beer variety. Black in color, a typical extremely malty taste/smell with a full and sweet malty character…. The bitterness comes from the roasted malts and hop additions.
