Sour Fruited Gose
For a Fruited Gose, relatively large amounts of fruit puree and other flavorings are added to the tank after primary fermentation is complete. The beer rests on the fruit for a while, picking up the fresh fruit flavors and fermenting a bit more of the fruit sugars.
