Paradox – Raspberry Porter
Raspberry Porter from Paradox of Russia is a 6.8% Porter and is brewed with as much as 104 kg of fresh raspberries per 1,000 liters of beer. These were hand-picked near St. Louis. Petersburg. It has a unique explosive aroma of raspberries, a slightly sour taste of fresh berries with distinct notes of burnt coffee. No additional flavors or syrups were used. Just water, malt, hops, yeast and raspberries.
Porter
Porter is light to dark brown beer made from lots of hops and brown malts. This top-fermenting beer has a roasted flavor. Dark chocolate, coffee and licorice, among others, are common flavors in porters.
